A Note From the Coach

Hi! I'm Leigh, and thank you for your interest in Sky Hired.  A bit about me - I received my Master of Business Administration in 2011 from  The University of Texas, and I have an amazing, loving family including my  husband Westin, and two young children, Wyatt and Willa.

For the last few years, I've coached young professionals through the interview process and had the pleasure of contributing to many successful career beginnings. Though the interview process is incredibly important, you have to generate interest in YOU as a candidate that companies want to interview before that process ever even gets started. 

Today's job market is incredibly competitive, and going above and beyond what the average applicant typically does is the absolute best way to guarantee a successful career search.  Stephen Covey, author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,  said to "Begin with the end in mind." Showing a carefully planned and strategic path distinguishes candidates from the masses of competitive applicants.
